As a teacher and a parent, I love this book! Recycled Science has so many fun and creative ideas that will get your kids and/or students excited about making something new out of something old. Do you have some popsicle or craft sticks laying around? Make a bow and arrow, a harmonica, or a paddle boat! What about a used potato chip bag or tube? Make an ice cream maker or a solar hot dog cooker!
Recycled Science will engage kids as they learn, create, and explore with craft sticks, potato chip bags, plastic bottles, and cardboard tubes. I might just have to make the marshmallow shooter myself!
